Scope Of Work

Demo/Build Out construction of 24,670 SF. , retail store to service & supply items to the family "Everything from Newborns to Toddlers." This project included the total demo of exterior elevation and full interior removal. Which included lighting - electrical services - HVAC equipment and air distribution - plumbing - fire sprinkler system - walls / flooring/ ceilings. The build-out consisted of masonry walls, brick veneer, EIFS, structural steel with metal deck, membrane roof modification , new RTU’s, new storefront, polished concrete/LVT/VCT flooring, all associated MEP’s, BMS system, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, and all necessary finishes. We installed a CPI Power wall for electrical service/ EMS, LED lighting for energy savings.
