Scope Of Work
Ground up construction of 2,460SF dine-in and fast-food restaurant. The project required systematic and consistent planning with the site developer to ensure and on-time delivery. Scope included coordinating site elevations with engineers, grading, pouring foundation, plumbing, and all other site work to prepare for building construction. Local weather patterns called for proper preparation to ensure the safety and quality of the foundation was not compromised.
