Scope Of Work
Ground up construction of 2-acre site that will house a 6-story hotel with a roof top bar. The site work for the Hyatt Place in Arden, NC includes but is not limited to the following: We built a brand new foundation for the hotel to stand on. The entire site was brought up by two feet to achieve the desired grade. An all new underground baffle - detention system was installed. All the stone that was unearthed was crushed on site and re-used as the fill. Lastly, new curbing and pavement was eventually installed.
