Scope Of Work
Provided a design-build solution to add 2,000 SF to the existing footprint to serve as a repair garage for heavy rental equipment. This addition required specific modifications to the end wall of the existing warehouse bay in order to provide a seamless transition to the added space. Work included: new footers, steel joists and columns, exterior metal skin, all mechanical and electrical, and associated finishes.
