Scope Of Work
On-Line Grocery Pick-Up ground up addition to existing facility. Addition is 3000 sqft CMU addon built out into existing parking area. This project had an addendum to install earthquake drains which added complexity in scope and schedule overcome by the team. An extensive new landscape package was a nice addition to the project.
