Scope Of Work
On-Line Grocery Pick-Up ground up addition to existing facility. Addition is 2000sqft CMU addon built out into existing store front. Pre-construction site review with Store and Construction management revealed several opportunities to work in parallel and start project early. The project required extensive site work during the initial stages. The coordination with local inspectors ensured our team passed the soil compaction tests to begin construction ahead of schedule. Also identified during pre-con meeting was the observation of a grease containment tank needing to be relocated to allow for access to the new addition.
