Scope Of Work
PREMIERE OUTDOOR LIVING POOL PROJECT
SCOPE of PROJECT We have been contracted to serve as the General Contractor for the design and installation of a swimming pool project, including all of the hardscape and softscape, pool deck, in order to finalize the project. The swimming pool contractor will install the pool, we will design and install the natural stone pool deck surrounding the pool area,and all the coordinating walkways and patios. We will be responsible for proper water management to ensure that all water in the yard runs to a designated location. We will install all of the natural stone decking around the pool area, and complete all the softscaping for the project. We will work through the winter, by building tents in order to lay the stone.
Challenges- We have worked through several minor obstacles that typically arise with projects of this magnitude. Through collaboration with the Homeowner, the other contractors involved in the project, and the Village, we have worked through them all, and this project is currently underway.
