     BC&D is also a specialist in turnkey / fast track tenant improvements. We complete our tenant improvements much faster than the competition by assisting your tenants with cost and schedule conscious design assistance.  Upon completion of design, we simultaneously start the permitting process and demolition.  By the time the permit is issued, both our in-house staff and selected team of sub-contractors are scheduled and construction is underway.  This fast track approach to tenant improvement reduces the carrying costs of an empty space for both the building owner and the tenant.

     BC&D is owned and operated by a third generation bay area contractor with extensive construction experience.  Ray’s education includes a Construction Engineering Management degree from the College Of Engineering at California State University Long Beach.
