Scope Of Work

Cianbro served as Construction Manager for the Oxford Casino expansion and construction of the new three-story hotel on top of a new gaming floor. The Oxford Casino Expansion and New Hotel was a 93,907-square-foot addition to the existing gaming facility and features more than 100 guest rooms, including six high-end suites, and additional dining options, as well as an expansion of the gaming floor and meeting spaces.

Constructed a new loading dock/warehouse, back of house area, bar, expanded gaming area and kitchen, multi-purpose space, hotel reception/lobby, new entries, and mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) spaces

Constructed three 19,658-square-foot upper levels, consisting of more than 100 hotel rooms
