Scope Of Work

Greenfield 24,000 SF build features four story podium boutique office building complimented by visually striking double level office cantilever and apron front glass façade. The complete structure is stacked over two levels of podium parking. The build requires working within a compounded footprint and limited laydown space as the property backs up to a (4) story multifamily building with elevator banks located at the back of the property line. These build challenges are areas in which our team excels at coordinating tight site logistics while directing construction traffic as the property is located on a major highway.
