Scope Of Work
Ground up, design-build construction of a 156-unit senior living residence
Renovation of an existing senior living residence tied into a new building
Non-traditional senior-living community offering hotel-style living in close proximity to a world class medical facility and nearby medical offices
Luxurious, boutique-inspired accommodations for independent living, assisted living and memory care with the best in hospitality that engages individuals and couples
Community activity center, spa and barber shop/beauty salon, gourmet dining venues, including pubs and bistros, theater, thoughtfully designed commons areas and beautifully landscaped outdoor areas
Relocation of major site utilities
Organized the preservation and reuse of existing ground soil to create a stable foundation
Coordinating necessary utility shuts downs to minimize effect on daily building operations and residents
Work completed inside and around occupied residences
Implemented new regulations and safety requirements due to the pandemic, which entailed creative methods to manage workflow that socially distanced subcontractors while accomplishing the work in a timely manner
