22,000-SF renovation of an existing floor located at the Continental Towers campus, an active commercial landmark in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago
New glazed demountable office fronts, operable partition at town hall, millwork, exposed and specialty ceiling elements
Private offices, as well as audiovisual-equipped conference rooms, huddle/phone rooms, and niches
New café, kitchenette, and coffee bar area
Design intent for the space is to allow for a coworking experience for the end user that brings networking capabilities
