Scope Of Work

While scoping out various apartment for our client, we came across a large, unique ground floor apartment in the Riverdale section of the Bronx. The apartment, which had been on the market for a while, was a diamond in the rough - neglected by the previous owner we were able to transform an old, worn out apartment into an open, inviting, and clean home.
