Scope Of Work
The Mt. Hope Community Center is located in Sunderland, Maryland and consists of six meeting rooms, a storage room and a large multipurpose room. The center is used by the county’s parks and recreation units.
This Design Build project was to renovate the buildings HVAC system and add insulation to provide a more energy efficient building for the County.
Our scope of work included the removal of existing wall units, installation of new mechanical equipment , electrical and duct connections. Spray foam insulation was applied to ceilings to provide a more efficient insulation and acoustical value. RME self performed building mechanical closets in each meeting room to house the new HVAC equipment.
RME also self performed rough and finish carpentry, painting, and installation of new doors, frames and hardware to the mechanical closets.
