Scope Of Work

The project consisted of a multi-phase 4 story renovation and fit out of an existing office space for Morgan Stanley WM. The multiply phases of the project including over shifting staff operations to flex spaces, while we completed the occupied renovation. Amenity upgrades included new conference spaces, new offices with demountable glass partition fronts, upgraded open works spaces, renovated bathrooms, and update finishes and lighting throughout. Part of the renovation included downsizing of the 1 st floor space and infilling an existing stair opening between the 1st floor and 2nd floor.
