Scope Of Work

Brand new 1000 student station elementary school for the Pasco County School District, consisting of five distinct buildings with an additional chiller plant on an 18 acre site. Included within this Facility and alongside over forty (40) classrooms with break out spaces, also includes a student reading room, and health and wellness station with an onsite examination area that will serve the needs of both students and faculty members alike. This facility defines the essence of a 21st Century Learning Environment with both the comforts and technology to support and educate our next generation of leaders.
