Scope Of Work
New 3,280 sq. ft. church and a 10,886 sq. ft. convent joined by a cloister. The two structures were constructed on a 5 acre site in Brooksville and included a total site-work package with storm drainage, sanitary septic system, a well, water disinfection system, underground fire utilities, an asphalt driveway with 17 parking spaces and finish landscaping. The building structures are concrete block with wood trusses and synthetic slate shingle roofs. The exterior of the church is finished with a limestone cladding and cast stone around 18’ high stained glass windows and a 13’ diameter rose window at the entrance. The exterior of the two story convent is surrounded by 15’ high buttresses cast stone tops, gothic windows and painted CMU. The interior finishes include metal studs, drywall partitions and ceilings and stone flooring. The mechanical systems are DX split system units. The electrical system included a new switch gear and new transformer. The convent building system is also complete with a fire sprinkler protection system.
