Three–story classroom and auditorium building with cafe, concrete / masonry / steel structure, three–story curtain–wall systems on north and south elevations, a three–story elevator, a natural gas emergency power backup generator, extensive photovoltaic panel system on rooftop, aluminum sunshade projections at standard storefront windows at all elevations, and a two–ply built–up roofing system.
