design build projects. Rick and his executive team, John McAleer and Jim Gianinny have over fifty years
of combined experience in the construction and project management fields. With our office
strategically located in Frederick MD, 3PH is steps away from the Nation’s Capital with a pulse on
the Federal market. By holding our trade partners to stringent standards and maintaining a steady flow
