35,000 SF (2 Buildings)

ATF Builders was hired to provide demolition, removal and disposal services to (2) existing buildings originally constructed in 1950; measuring approx. 17,000 S.F. each. Parking Lot concrete bumpers and signs were also demolished.

 

Scope of Work:

• Perimeter fencing

• NESHAP notifications, cutting & capping of utilities

• Devac of freon from all rooftop units and recycling

• Complete building demolitions and disposal of C&D debris

• New fill material and final site grading
