The Cano Beach Residence entailed the complete renovation to a late 1950’s beach house to create lifestyle flexibility and openness out of the dated and compartmentalized layout.
The scope of work included selective interior and exterior demolition, new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, high impact casement windows, high impact doors, interior partition relocations and structural alterations, framing and drywall, lavatory fixtures, lighting fixtures, architectural casework, existing seawall restoration and new boatlift, pool deck pavement and pool resurfacing, fencing, hardscape, landscaping and interior/exterior painting.
