Scope Of Work
Phase lll of this project consists of three 24 unit apartment builds, 72 units in total. This phase is scheduled to break ground in November, with one pad site ready, and additional two pad site to be ready before the end of the year. Phases 4 and 5 of this project consist of another seven 24 unit buildings, and are scheduled to break ground in 2024, and 2025.
