Scope Of Work
Interior Tenant Improvement making shell space into tenant office/customer space including restrooms, breakroom and equipment room with new partition walls, ceiling, lighting, power and HVAC system. The scope of work consisted of demolition of drywall partitions along with interior glazing, wood slat wall, doors and frames, plumbing fixtures, wall panels in existing restroom, carpet and base. Ceramic tile and mortar bed, T-Bar ceiling and tiles. Removal of all light fixtures. Patch and paint.
