Scope Of Work
RMC has completed a 3-phase multi-million dollar infrastructure renovation project on the 8-acre campus of Rowntree Gardens, a senior living community. This restoration included dining areas, living/common rooms, parking areas, hallways, bathrooms, offices, a new outdoor kitchen and dining area, improved landscaping and new signage. RMC will continue to work with Rowntree Gardens’ upcoming construction phases to assist with the overall enhancement of this extraordinary senior living facility.
