Hi, my name is Michaela and thank you for taking interest in my
story!
I began my construction journey right after graduating from Lafayette
College in 2008 when I moved into a Philly fixer upper with my now husband.
I expanded on my construction expertise by physically renovating
several single family homes for resale through 2014 while we funded
the process working full time jobs. During this time, I worked in
finance while earning an MBA from Villanova University specializing
real estate. I got the entrepreneurial bug and started my first
business- a furniture staging side hustle which increased profit on
owned property sales and helped clients increase home sale values. I
then transitioned into commercial real estate and worked as a
transaction manager for institutional clients.
My past exposure to commercial projects along with my construction
and business background led me to found KeyPoint Construction as a
general contractor and construction management company in 2015. I
saw the need for a construction company that really cared about its
clients.

KeyPoint is a 100% women owned business. Caring is in our DNA. We
key in on our clients' goals so that we can be the KeyPoint of contact
for client construction needs.
Over the past several years, KeyPoint has provided construction
services to non-profit and for profit organizations including
developers, landlords, owner-user occupiers and tenants. Clients
include companies and organizations focused in healthcare, education,
religious, insurance, retail and food service industries. This high
level of client care has provided KeyPoint with construction
experience in multiple asset types including office, retail,
multifamily, community center, shelter, warehouse and religious
facilities.
I am incredibly proud of the work KeyPoint has helped our clients
achieve and am looking forward to what is to come!
