Scope Of Work
Installation of new maintenance garage building including all electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry work and finishes. Extensive site work including installation of new storm drainage system, retention basins and piping. Installation of new curbing and sidewalks at existing mausoleums. Site grading ad installation of new asphalt access roads and parking lots. Installation of new access road bridge with geo-grid retaining wall and decorative roadway pavers. Extensive landscape improvements and tree plantings.
