Scope Of Work

This project provided renovations to an existing 5,400 SF, 1930’s-era brick building located in a residential area of Tacoma. The objective was to convert the building from a neighborhood food market to shared legal offices while preserving its architectural character, which our team was able to accomplish through partnering with owner, designers, subcontractors and the surrounding community. Project scope included complete interior demolition, structural upgrades, exterior envelope upgrades, new interior buildout, finishes, and all new bidder-designed mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
