Scope Of Work
The Alma Mater project involved a 22,000 square foot renovation of the former Carpenter’s Union Hall located in downtown Tacoma. The two-story venue features a coffee shop and café, lounge, event spaces to house 5-500 people, performance venue, arts gallery, recording studio, and shared arts studios.
WA Patriot got involved early with the Alma Mater team and their designers to provide preconstruction services and assist with design completion. Through partnering and commitment to the owner’s vision, we were able to provide a unique facility that serves artists in this revitalized community.
