Scope Of Work
The scope of this design-build project involved the transformation of a four-story 1980’s era building into the administrative headquarters for KWA, a non-profit social service agency. Three floors of office space were renovated in Phase I, and Phase II constructed a Lifelong Learning Center in the basement of the building, which opened in April 2022.
