Scope Of Work

The Tool Gauge Expansion project involved a 2 phase approach to allow their existing facility to remain fully operational while we built the new plastics building. Phase 1 was a 62,000 square foot single story concrete tilt-up structure with manufacturing and warehouse functions. Phase 2 was a 17,000 square foot single story with partial 2nd floor mezzanine insulated metal wall panel building shell with office, manufacturing and paint booth areas.
