Scope Of Work
Renovation project of an existing aircraft hangar to modernize/consolidate current aircraft general purpose shops and offices within the facility to provide adequate space for their operations, including all electrical/water/HVAC necessities are met for the type of equipment to be utilized to repair/maintain of the aircraft units. Scope of work included demolish existing single story office area and replace existing 4,160 V stepdown transformers in the facilities (3 total) with standard voltage transformers to meet user needs; removing and replacing CMU walls and reinforcement; concrete foundation and slab placement; framing and drywall to accommodate new office space layout; electrical wiring and distribution, HVAC equipment and distribution, sprinkler system, plumbing systems, fire alarm systems; all finishes for each scope of work. Completed as the General Contractor
