Scope Of Work
The work includes the construction of a Fixed Ground Control Station Facility (FGCS) in compliance with ICD 705 standards. The work consists of exterior site improvements and site utilities, concrete building foundation, CMU wall construction, steel truss roof with standing seam metal roof, HVAC, electrical and communications, gyp board interior walls with standard finishes and coordination to accommodate electrical/equipment space for the user. Completed as General Contractor.
