Scope Of Work
The project scope constructs a new facility, 16,260 SF facility encompassing activity rooms, a reception area, a director's office, staff offices, a break/staff training room, storage areas, and restrooms. It also provides a multipurpose room, an open Commons area, a dining area and a kitchen including an outdoor activity area. The scope includes site development; parking (staff & visitors), bus pick-up and drop-off, playground, and landscaping. The construction is spread & continuous footings, slab-on-grade, structural steel framing; brick veneer with masonry block backup, sheetrock, a standing seam metal roof, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing & electrical systems, fire detection & protection systems, aluminum windows, and all comm, phone and data outlets. Operating as the General Contractor.
