Scope Of Work
Diffenbaugh provided Construction Management services and General Construction services for the new, 95,000 s.f., two story, California Baptist University Yeager Center and Alumni Commons. The fast track project utilized a phased design process proving for construction progress prior to completion of the construction documents, thus cutting down the overall project duration by one year. The scope of the project consisted of the education wing inclusive of elevated classrooms, computer technology classrooms and centers, and faculty and administrative offices. The student services wing consisted of a new coffee and fast food café, bookstore, game room, chapel, and executive offices. The third element of the project was the 1,500 seat Alumni Dining Commons, Food Court, and full service kitchen.
