Scope Of Work
Building 1 is a 913,726 s.f., warehouse/distribution center located in San Bernardino. The 40 acre site owned by Hillwood Investment Properties is a concrete tilt-up structure with a hybrid joist and girder panelized roof structure. During construction, a tenant was just secured as the wall panels were being poured causing modifications to 90% of the loading docks to meet the tenants special loading dock requirements. Diffenbaugh was able to meet all the conditions, and the tenant moved in on schedule.
