Zeden has been involved in Commercial Tenant Improvements and Store
Development for over 20 years. He has been employed as a Construction
Manager for national chains such as Togo’s, Baskin Robbins, Starbucks
Coffee and Tesla Motors. He excels at fast-paced Construction and is
keen to budget parameters. In addition to tenant improvements, Zeden
consulted five years with a few Real Estate Developers gaining
entitlements, incorporating Tenant Design guidelines into New
Construction as well as overseeing big box retail construction from
ground up.
Prior to becoming a licensed architect, Zeden worked with numerous
small businesses and full-service restaurants serving as the project
manager. His living portfolio is San Pedro Square Market where he
designed and permitted a dozen of the Food Court tenants. He has also
collaborated with numerous Contractors on Design-Build projects.
Zeden holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of
California at Berkeley and later received his certification in
Construction Management from San Jose State University. He is a
licensed Architect member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
