Scope Of Work

This project saw the transformation of a former Aubuchon Hardware building into a modern medical and dental clinic for NOTCH (Northern Tier Center for Health). The new facility includes six dental operatories, six medical exam rooms, lab services, orbital x-ray, and other support areas.

Plans to renovate the existing building called for salvaging only the building frame. We replaced everything including a new slab, all exterior finishes, and all mechanical and electrical systems. New utilities were brought into the site. We replaced all sidewalks, curbs, and built a new parking lot. All new doors, windows, siding and roofing satisfy the requirements for the Vermont Energy Code.
