Scope Of Work
This former family department store of 76,000 SF on 11+/- acres was completely redeveloped including all-new parking areas and utilities. With the exception of concrete and structural steel, the mixed-use facility (general office/medical office/retail/warehouse) is a new building. Our tenants include State of Vermont (Vermont Lottery, Division of Fire Safety, and Department of Education), Green Mountain Credit Union, Central Vermont Medical Center, Inc. (Rehabilitation Services and Patient Financial Services) and Connor Contracting, Inc.
