Scope Of Work
SensusOne, a healthcare real estate company, contracted with Evans General Contractors on the design-build of a 45,951 sf, build-to-suit ambulatory surgical center (ASC) for Precision Surgery Center, LLC. This healthcare facility is located on a 4.5 acre site in Macomb, Michigan.
Constructed for an Orthopedics end-user, this state-of-the-art, 2-story healthcare facility features sterile environments, exam and operating rooms, and physical therapy rooms. Administrative spaces include a large waiting room, offices, a break-room, a billing department, and a conference room. There are 205 parking spaces.
Scope of work included all preconstruction, architectural, civil, structural, MEP, and fire protection services, as well as all equipment installation.
