Scope Of Work

WellStar Health Systems is the largest health system in Georgia. Their network includes specialists and primary care providers in a multi-disciplinary environment with 20,000 team members throughout 11 hospitals, 225 medical office locations, outpatient centers, health parks, a pediatric center, nursing centers, hospice, homecare. Looking to complement the variety of WellStar outpatient and inpatient services in the area, WellStar contracted with Evans on WellStar Avalon Health Park, a new outpatient facility in Alpharetta, GA.

The two-story, 40,000 sf facility includes primary care and specialty physician practices, urgent care, medical imaging, cardiac diagnostics, lab outreach services and OrthoSport physical therapy. Patients will have access to various medical specialties under one roof, including family medicine, OB/GYN, pulmonary, cardiology and pediatrics.

Once opened, the health park is expected to see more than 80,000 outpatient procedures and patient visits in its first full year of operation.
