?The Jefferson Park neighborhood in Denver is beginning to undergo a transformation. Opus is developing, designing and building a 12-story, 277-unit multifamily apartment building.? 

The Jefferson Park neighborhood is emerging with young families, walkability, grocers and great access to the downtown core. 1919 at Mile High Apartments is located in a prime location on the southern edge of the neighborhood at the intersection of the neighborhood and local community, commerce in Downtown Denver, recreation and entertainment with nearby Mile High Stadium. Though the building will have highway visibility and is near I-25, residents will not be dependent on car-only transportation but will have full and immediate access to the best of Denver's varying transportation options. 

The site has nearby recreation opportunities, including the Platte River Trail, a 28.5-mile, multi-use trail that follows the river as it winds through Denver's urban landscape, and Sloan's Lake Park, a 177-acre park offering boating, fishing and picnicking with stunning views of the Rocky Mountains.
