Dave Rosenof was originally hired by a third party to help oversee the contractors doing the renovation and concrete restoration project at this premier Worth Avenue condo.

He collaborated with building management to ensure the quality and efficiency of the work while working around extremely high levels of finishes. Dave offered suggestions regarding costing, contract issues and constructability.
