Scope Of Work
Designed by JGMA, the 20,000 SF project includes the complete conversion of an existing commercial space into a full service early childhood learning facility. The scope includes new classrooms, offices, major exterior modifications, partial building demolition and new interior finishes. Once completed, the building will provide a high-quality early learning education and program facility for children 0-5 years of age and their families. GMA achieved 41% MBE subcontractor participation on the project.
