Scope Of Work
University of Illinois Hospital pursued this project in order to update the architectural appeal of the building, which remained structurally unchanged for many years. This new lobby will expand the amenities available and offer an increased sense of enhanced health, healing, and sustainability for patients, visitors and staff. GMA provided the following cost engineering services: 100% Conceptual Estimate, 100% SD Estimate, 100% DD Estimate, 50% CD Estimate, and 95% CD Estimate.
