GMA Construction Group

As President of GMA Construction Group, Cornelius provides executive
level oversight on matters related to business development, estimating
risk management, marketing, human capital management, finance, safety,
quality assurance and quality control. Cornelius has extensive experience
working in multiple forms of construction delivery systems including
Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, CM at Risk and Public Private Partnerships.
Cornelius is directly responsible for construction operations across the
company for both our public and private business units.

As Vice President and General Counsel of GMA Construction Group, Erica
provides executive-level oversight on matters related to contract review
and negotiation, insurance and bond review, compliance with government
regulations and reporting at the local, state, and federal levels, and human
resource management. Erica also leads our corporate administrative efforts
in the areas of MBE/WBE, 8A, VOSB, and DBE compliance. Erica provides
close counsel to the President to ensure the company is operating ethically
and in compliance with all governmental regulations.

As Vice President of GMA Construction Group, John provides executive
level oversight for the Dallas, Texas-based Office. He's directly responsible
for operations including preconstruction efforts to support new business
development and field operations and coordination. John also works closely
with the President assisting with matters related to business development,
estimating risk management, marketing, human capital management,
finance, safety, quality assurance and quality control. John has over 20 years
of industry leading experience.

As Chief Innovation Officer, Kelly is responsible for leading implementation
of GMA's marketing and proposals, social media, talent acquisition, and
employee engagement efforts. Kelly has more than 14 years of experience,
and she has spent her entire career in the AEC industry. Prior to joining
GMA, Kelly Co-Founded a strategic marketing firm, Capture Collaborative,
which provided services to GMA since its inception. The firm was
responsible for winning more than $7 billion in new work for its clients with a
focus on Public-Private Partnerships (P3).

As Chief Strategy Officer, Patrick is charged with helping to formulate,
facilitate, and communicate the firms strategic initiatives and future
goals. He is responsible for leading implementation of GMAs business
development, marketing and proposals, and talent acquisition efforts.
Patrick has more than 16 years of experience. Prior to joining GMA, Patrick
Co-Founded a strategic marketing firm, Capture Collaborative, responsible
for winning more than $7 billion in new work for its clients with a focus on
Public-Private Partnerships (P3).

Randy Butler is responsible for overseeing and managing GMA's internal
Estimating Team. Randy brings nearly 30 years of experience in estimating
(10 years as Chief Estimator) and project management having previously
worked for several notable Chicago-based general contractors. Randy has
estimated projects in nearly every sector but has specialized experience in
the Federal, Aviation, and JOC sectors. As Lead Estimator, Randy ensures
coordination among the entire team to provide estimates and budgets that
are accurate and timely.

As Director of Accounting and Finance, William is responsible for
preparation of the operating budgets, overseeing financial reporting
and payrol. Additionally, William manages and monitors the financial
performance of all projects. William is a Certified Public Accountant,
Certified Internal Auditor, and Certified Control Self-Assessor, and he has 30
years of experience in accounting and finance. Willam received his Masters
of Business Administration (MBA) from Roosevelt University.

Carl Nesbitt has more than 20 years of experience in the construction
industry having started as a laborer and advanced to superintendent,
and now overseeing labor for all of GMAs projects in operations. Carl is
responsible for managing GMAs self-perform field personnel and ensuring
site superintendence on all projects in Chicago. Carl's experience includes
projects in a wide range of sectors such as affordable housing, multifamily,
public projects, healthcare, and tenant improvement.

Jeff Williams is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of work in operations
at GMA. Jeff brings more than 13 years of experience in the construction
industry having successfully completed projects in a variety of sectors
including affordable housing, multifamily, transportation, and aviation. Jeff
has overseen projects from preconstruction through close-out ranging in
size from $5 million to $150 million. Jeff provides leadership for multiple
aspects of controls including costs, planning, scheduling engineering
supervision, and management of personnel.

Jessica Andryske is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of work in
operations at GMA. Jessica brings more than 16 years of experience in the
construction industry having successfully completed projects in a variety
of sectors including affordable housing, multifamily, healthcare, and federal
government. Jessica has overseen projects from preconstruction through
close-out ranging in size from $5 million to $150 million. Jessica provides
leadership for multiple aspects of controls including costs, planning,
scheduling engineering, supervision, and management of personnel.

Bringing more than 40 years of construction experience, Mike serves as
GMAS Safety Director. He is responsible for managing the safety and risk
associated with all of GMAS construction projects and company operations.
He plans, directs, and implements the GMAS safety program to ensure a
safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment. Over his 40+ year career,
Mike has overseen safety for projects in a variety of sectors including,
affordable housing, education, healthcare, transportation, and aviation with
a range of project values up to $200 million.
