Scope Of Work
The Boulevards Home Furnishings retail development is a collection of retail businesses located on Main Street in Cedar City. The owner hired Zwick Construction to build another large retail space to their existing site. The majority of the space (18,000 SF) was leased and built-out for Ross, with remaining retail space (11,000 SF) shelled-out for future leasing for up to five additional tenants.
Zwick was hired to build the structure and to perform the build-out for Ross. Additionally, Zwick performed all site work, including the additional surface parking, lighting, drainage, and landscaping. The project took eight months to complete.
