Scope Of Work

The first two phases involved remodeling the existing building. During construction, care was taken to ensure that the grounds looked immaculate and dust/debris were limited to construction areas only.

Because the  completion deadline was non-negotiable, items had to be procured prior to the start of construction. Daily communication was upheld to update the owner of progress. Zwick was able to complete these projects on time and within budget. 

Although the building was not being used during construction, community members still enjoyed the surrounding grounds. Our worksite was screened but kept to a minimum to allow user access to the site.
