Scope Of Work
Thermo King installs and s chiller units for tractor-trailers. This center facility includes a large 12-bay area and adjoining, two-story office and customer area. The entire structure was built with tilt-up construction and features painted panels. The offices feature polished concrete, tile, and carpeting. The pull-through center allows tractor-trailers to easily enter and exit, and has roll-up doors and a thick concrete slab to support the weight of all the parked trailers. In addition to the building itself, the property includes ample parking on thick concrete slabs and storage space. The project was completed in eight months.
