Scope Of Work
Border Construction made renovations to accommodate the offices of Human Resources and Payroll at North Dakota State University. Renovations included complete asbestos abatement of the building, demolition and fit-up of the interior, new bathrooms to meet current codes and accessibility requirements, and replacement of the HVAC, electrical and fire alarm systems. The remodel includes a new entry lobby addition, new office space, conference rooms and a training room.
