Scope Of Work
- Two-year multiphase renovation of existing 340,000 SF high school for Jefferson County Public Schools.
- MEP included complete removal and replacement of HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, security and access control
- Architectural work included reconfiguration of classrooms for new mechanical equipment, complete replacement of acoustical ceilings throughout, new casework and flooring in admin area, new handicap ramp to access lower gym, new custom wood doors, and roofing replacement.
